📜 JSCT – User Rules & Guidelines

🔹 1. Accurate & Genuine Information
Users must provide correct and authentic personal details. Fake or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
👉 उपयोगकर्ता को अपनी सही और वास्तविक जानकारी देनी होगी। फर्जी या डुप्लिकेट अकाउंट बनाना सख्त मना है।

🔹 2. One User – One Account Policy
Each user is allowed to maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension.
👉 प्रत्येक उपयोगकर्ता केवल एक ही अकाउंट रख सकता है। एक से अधिक अकाउंट होने पर कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

🔹 3. Professional & Respectful Conduct
Maintain respectful and professional behavior with all members.
👉 सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं को सम्मानजनक और शालीन व्यवहार बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है।

🔹 4. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
Abusive language, harassment, or unethical activity will result in strict action.
👉 अभद्र भाषा या गलत व्यवहार सख्त रूप से प्रतिबंधित है।

🔹 5. Active Participation
Users are expected to participate in meetings, programs, and activities.
👉 उपयोगकर्ताओं को बैठकों और कार्यक्रमों में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेना चाहिए।

🔹 6. Proper Use of Platform
The platform must be used only for authorized JSCT purposes.
👉 प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग केवल सही और अधिकृत कार्यों के लिए ही किया जाना चाहिए।

🔹 7. No Misuse of Funds or Benefits
Any misuse, fraud, or manipulation of funds/support is strictly prohibited.
👉 फंड या सहायता का गलत उपयोग सख्त रूप से प्रतिबंधित है।

🔹 8. Transparency & Integrity
Users must maintain honesty and transparency in all dealings.
👉 सभी कार्यों में ईमानदारी और पारदर्शिता बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है।

🔹 9. Compliance with JSCT Policies
All users must follow JSCT rules and guidelines.
👉 JSCT के सभी नियमों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।

🔹 10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Users must protect personal and organizational data.
👉 व्यक्तिगत और संस्था की जानकारी को सुरक्षित रखना आवश्यक है।

🔹 11. No Unauthorized Promotion
External promotions or personal agendas are not allowed without permission.
👉 बिना अनुमति बाहरी प्रचार करना मना है।

🔹 12. Ethical Representation of JSCT
Users should represent JSCT positively in public and online platforms.
👉 उपयोगकर्ता को JSCT का सकारात्मक प्रतिनिधित्व करना चाहिए।

🔹 13. Timely Response & Communication
Users should stay updated and respond when required.
👉 उपयोगकर्ताओं को समय पर अपडेट रहना और प्रतिक्रिया देना चाहिए।

🔹 14. Reporting Issues
Any misuse or issue must be reported to management immediately.
👉 किसी भी समस्या की सूचना तुरंत प्रबंधन को देनी चाहिए।

🔹 15. Right to Suspension or Termination
JSCT can suspend or terminate any account violating rules.
👉 नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर अकाउंट समाप्त किया जा सकता है।

🔹 16. Mandatory KYC Verification
KYC verification is compulsory to access any benefits or services. Without KYC, no सुविधा will be provided.
👉 KYC (पहचान सत्यापन) पूरा करना अनिवार्य है। बिना KYC के किसी भी प्रकार की सुविधा, लाभ या सहायता प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी।
